Inspiring a greener Liepāja through bold, accessible design.

“Tuvāk Saknēm” is a public awareness campaign launched in Liepāja to promote the sorting of biodegradable waste (BIO) and support more sustainable urban living. Created in collaboration with JDP Integrated Communication agency, the campaign aimed to reach local residents with a clear, friendly, and engaging message: get closer to nature by sorting smarter.

LIZEL Studio was responsible for the full visual identity of the campaign — including the logo, typography, and colour system — as well as a wide range of communication materials. From street banners and print posters to social media templates and info visuals, the design language was developed to be informative, warm, and highly adaptable across platforms.

The result is a cohesive, recognizable campaign identity that stands out in the urban space while remaining community-focused and easy to understand.
