WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? Typical turnaround time is between 4-8 weeks depending on the project’s scope. HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE ALLOWED? There are 2 rounds of refinements included in our projects. Any additional revisions are charged separately.

WHEN CAN WE START? Once you enquire for our services, we will provide you with an approximate start date. We typically book a couple of months in advance. This is to ensure you will have plenty of time to complete the questionnaires and prepare any necessary content for your website.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DESIGN PROJECT ONCE IT IS FINISHED? Upon the receipt of final payment, we will send you a link to download your designs. If it’s a website, we’ll transfer the design over to you. We also keep a copy of your files in case you lose yours.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK? DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS? Absolutely! We like to break projects down into payment plans to make the investment a little easier for you and to keep the project moving with regular payments. Your deposit payment is non-refundable and required to save your spot in our schedule. Then, the rest of your payments will be spread out throughout the project.

WHAT IS THE PRICING LIKE? Our prices vary depending on your business needs. Typically our Clients invest between €500-€3000 in branding or web projects. Feel free to enquire for more details.

I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I GET A REFUND? Due to our services being digital, we do not offer any refunds. If you feel we are not creating the design that you wanted to achieve you will not be required to pay the remaining balance. All deposits are non-refundable.

DO I OWN THE DESIGN? Yes, after the final balance has been paid, you will own all files and designs.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME? Design is a two-way process and your input is important. We'll ask you to fill out the Branding Questionnaire to begin with and to provide us with any images and text copy for website or collateral pieces.

WHAT IF I WANT JUST ONE LOGO, CAN YOU DO THAT? We truly believe that branding is more than just a logo, so we don’t offer ‘just a logo’ option. A logo would come together with the brand identity, including colour scheme, typography.

DO I NEED TO OWN A DOMAIN NAME OR HOSTING BEFORE YOU DESIGN MY WEBSITE? You do not need to have a domain name before we start working on your project, however you will need to purchase one before we launch your site. If your site is being built on Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, you do not need to purchase hosting ahead of time.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE PACKAGE? There are fees for the website hosting, domain purchasing and font licences and they are not included in our pricing.

WHAT WEBSITE BUILDERS DO YOU USE? We work mainly with Squarespace, Shopify and WIX. They’re all drag-and-drop builders, so there’s no coding required, and you’ll be able to edit elements of your site, after the handover.

CAN I BOOK JUST A WEBSITE DESIGN IF I ALREADY HAVE MY BRANDING? Of course! As long as you have strong branding and think we'll be a great fit - we'll be happy to chat further!

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS INTERNATIONALLY? We are based between two countries - Latvia and Sweden! Absolutely, we've previously worked with Clients from all over the world including, so that is not a problem! We will arrange a video meeting or a phone call for a successful collaboration.
